If you need an immediate reply, please call our Information Center at 1-800-639-3317. We have a team of friendly and knowledgeable Customer Care Agents (aka real people) on hand to assist you.

For quick reference,  here are the answers to our top two most-asked-questions:

  • Boston South Station/Logan Airport tickets may be used any time, no changes are needed to your ticket. We understand; plans change, flights are delayed, we’re flexible! Arrive 30 minutes before any departure time and you are good to go!
  • NYC Plus Service cancellations/refunds/rescheduling?  We must speak with you to handle those requests. Please call us at 1-800-639-3317. Remember to contact us (by phone) 24 hours before departure time for a full refund (minus the $10 fee).
