Parking:

Parking is available on the 5th floor of South Station; entrance is on Kneeland Street (look for blue “P” parking sign). There is also parking on Atlantic Avenue and with other local garages.

Luggage:

Lockers: Lockers are only available for passengers traveling with Amtrak.

General Information:

Starting Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Concord Coach Lines gates will be located in the new concourse at South Station.

Directions to the New Concourse:

  • At the top of the the escalator in the South Station rotunda, turn left and walk to the new bus terminal concourse.
  • Once inside the concourse, Concord Coach Lines gates will be on the right side.
    MAINE SERVICE: GATE #41
    NEW HAMPSHIRE SERVICE: GATE #42

The terminal is located at South Station Bus Terminal. Access to ATM (in the train terminal). Please allow 15-30 minutes prior to scheduled departure to purchase your tickets. Reservations are not necessary or accepted. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard & Discover.

Boston Reservation Policy

Tickets purchased for our Boston/NH-ME service do not reserve a specific seat or time. You may use your tickets to travel any day or time within 90 days for one-way tickets and 180 days for round-trip tickets, from the first date of travel (with the exception of New York service). If you plan to use the tickets within that time frame, there is no need to return/exchange them even if there is a different time noted on the ticket – just present your ticket to the driver when you are ready to travel. Please arrive at the terminal 15-30 minutes prior to bus departure and present your ticket and a valid ID to the driver.
