It has been brought to our attention that some customers are having difficulty printing tickets through the Internet Explorer browser.
We have determined that this is due to Internet Explorer’s recent update. We are in the process of addressing the issue.
In the meantime, you may do the following to print your online tickets:
- When using Internet Explorer, use the keyboard command Ctrl + P to print, rather than clicking the button on your screen.
- Or purchase and print your tickets using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
