Parking Notice
Maine and NH April Break Periods
Due to a particularly high volume of traffic during the April school break period, parking will be VERY limited. We cannot guarantee the availability of parking and strongly recommend getting dropped off during this busy time. Please see below for dates and affected locations.
- Concord, NH: April 23-May 7, 2025
- North Londonderry, NH: April 23-May 7, 2025
Also, April 16-30, 2025 the parking fee at the Portland Transportation Center will be $8 per day.

As you prepare for your upcoming trip, we want to ensure that your journey starts as smoothly as possible. April school vacation week is one of our busiest travel periods, and in recent years, we’ve come close to running out of parking at our Portland terminal. To help manage demand and ensure availability for those who truly need it, we are temporarily adjusting our daily parking rate to $8.00/day from April 16th through April 30th.
Our goal isn’t to raise prices unnecessarily, but rather to encourage travelers to consider alternative ways of getting to the bus—whether it’s being dropped off by a friend or family member, using a rideshare service, or carpooling. Our bus ticket prices remain the same—no surge pricing, and we’re committed to providing the same reliable service you count on.
If you do need to park with us, rest assured that we are working to make sure that we’re ready to accommodate you. But if you have the option to skip parking, we encourage you to do so—both to save money and to help ensure space is available for those who don’t have another option.
